Sign Off Sheets for Building Permits
It is the Applicant’s responsibility to contact the Commission with details of their project and set up an appointment for a site visit, if necessary.
Permit Applications
Applications to be considered for public hearings are due 12 business days prior to the monthly meeting to allow enough legal notice to the public. Applicants should verify deadlines for submission with the commission

Permit applications can be found at Mass.gov under Wetlands Protection Act Permit Forms. A public hearing will be scheduled to review all permit applications after all application requirements are met. Please review the Minimum Submission Requirements document as well as the Permit Fees document to ensure that your application is submitted completely.
